A new and exciting boost to your fitness gains is coming to Somerset.
Introducing the premier 3-day M&H Fitness Retreat launching at Haselbury Mill on 16th April 2019.
The retreat hosted by Personal Trainer Mark Hughes of Mark One Fitness will include 10 different workouts over the 3 days which will target every aspect of training from active stretching to high intensity intervals and everything in between.
This exclusive retreat at the picturesque Haselbury Mill will have outdoor workouts on their lovely grounds and indoor workouts in the huge tithe barn.
Haselbury Mill is the perfect location for a fitness retreat with oodels of tracks for fat burning running drills, acres of picturesque grounds for specific workouts and the barn for indoor more focused training.
Besides training you’ll stay and recharge in one of the Mills luxurious rooms and be treated to the kitchen teams freshly prepared healthy meals. On the evening you’ll receive a remedial massage from top local masseuse Andy Gage of Smart Fitness to ease tired muscles. And after dinner Mark will host a talk on how to stay fit in the long term.
Before you arrive you’ll receive an exercise tutorial video to make sure you’r ready to train, and on leaving you’ll receive recipes ideas from the chef at the Mill and a home workout plan to ensure you stay strong long after the retreat is over.
This is a premier retreat that will hit every aspect of fitness training so be prepared to arrive fresh and leave feeling like you’ve been tested and pushed as far as you want to go.
If you have zero fitness this retreat isn’t for you. You’ll need to have a reasonable level of health to attend.
